About the role

What you’d own here

This is a senior, hands-on role on our Blockchain & Protocol team. You’ll design and ship On this role that means consensus, block production and finality, node clients and the P2P layer. — working end to end from architecture through launch and operation, on real client engagements rather than internal prototypes. You’ll partner closely with You will work alongside the AI practice, whose work now sits inside several of our chains. and with the clients whose systems you’re building.

Because we run small, senior teams, the person in this role has genuine ownership: you’ll make architecture decisions, set the standard in code review, and be on-call for what you ship. There’s no layer between you and the problem — the same person who scopes a system helps build and operate it. You will own Go services end to end, and Solidity where the chain carries contracts.

Success in the first year looks like [role-specific detail: e.g. a system taken from architecture to production, a client relationship you own technically, or a piece of infrastructure the rest of the team relies on]. If you like deep, long-term engineering with real consequences — not ticket churn — this is the shape of the work.

Day to day

  • [responsibility — e.g. design and implement core protocol / product components with production quality].
  • [responsibility — e.g. take systems from architecture through mainnet / launch and operate them].
  • [responsibility — e.g. own security-critical code and drive audits / reviews to closure].

  • [responsibility — e.g. work directly with clients on architecture and technical decisions].
  • [responsibility — e.g. contribute to specs, RFCs and internal tooling that raise the whole team].
